And we're back! We're super pleased to announce that after a two year hiatus we'll be holding the Henham 10k and 3k over the weekend of 1st - 2nd July.

1st July: Freestyle - the course is set up but you're flying solo; ideal for walkers or those who just don't want the pressure of a "Race"

2nd July: Official Race Day

All entrants will receive a medal on completion and be in with a chance of winning spot prizes (because it's not all about the fastest).

The Henham 10k prides itself on being an inclusive event; we fully encourage runners, joggers, walkers, young and old, and we have a shorter 3km course for those who find 10km a little too daunting. 

All profits from the event go to Henham & Ugley Primary School, so sign up online, get in a few training runs and we'll see you in July!
